The Importance of OBE Course Portfolio

Greetings to all,

As part of our OBE implementation, each course lecturer must keep a portfolio of his/her course materials for every semester.

In lieu of that, starting from this week, we will gather all course portfolios from all course coordinators.

You need to follow the steps below:
1. Go to the folder assign
2. Find your course folder and transfer all documents in each of the subfolders in the drive. The subfolders are:
  • Course syllabus & lesson plan
  • Class schedule
  • Attendance
  • Lecture Notes (Pdf or Powerpoint)
  • Tutorials
  • Assignments
  • Quizzes
  • Projects (if any)
  • Lab works (if any)
  • Tests
  • Course work marks
  • Samples of final exams
3. Then, inform us immediately, so we can keep a copy of your course portfolio (in CD) and delete the copy in the T drive.

Some of the documents may be hardcopy only; therefore we really appreciate it if you could make a copy of those documents and give them to Mr Ong Chin Kwang (for scanning).

Your cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated.

Thanks and best regards
